As President of the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of Urban Financial Services Coalition (UFSC,) I would like to welcome you to our NEW website, which serves as the information portal for all your USFC needs by providing up-to-date local, regional, and international information.

As the pre-eminent financial services organization for over thirty-five years, UFSC is rich in history, leadership and academic excellence in the business community throughout the United States and parts of Canada. UFSC represents the interests of African Americans and other minorities in the diverse fields of financial services. Our membership is inclusive to all levels, from entry-level staff to senior executives and entrepreneurs. Our Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter’s mission is to address the professional needs of chapter members and to build leaders who will shape the future of our industry with an unfaltering commitment.

Our organization has a long standing reputation of being a supportive network of industry leaders. During my term, our chapter will focus on three pillars that are essential to the future of our organization: membership growth; member/partner benefits and services; and McMillan 20 scholarship funding. These three pillars will provide our strategic direction and resources for professional development programs, educational advancement and economic empowerment for our members and minority communities at large.

As President, I am committed to maintaining our established corporate partnerships while building new ones and developing new and innovative services that meet the needs of our members and community constituents.

UFSC encompasses a wide variety of dedicated and talented individuals. However, in order for the organization to grow, we need your involvement, your financial support and your commitment. The members of the Board of Directors are your representatives and serve as your voice. Your involvement in the local chapter in any capacity connects you to an organization that over time will benefit you and your career aspirations.
